Summary:
Our condos are located in the GlassWorks building in the heart of downtown on Museum Row.

We are located at the start of the Bourbon Trail - just blocks from the Convention Center, KFC Yum Center, Center for the Performing Arts, Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Slugger Museum, 4th Street Live, several distilleries, 8up, Proof on Main and many other locations!

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the city view in a secured building, located just blocks from the KFC Yum! Center, Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Slugger Museum, 4th Street Live, Evans Williams Bourbon Distillery, 21c Hotel, 8up, Proof on Main and many others! The building is also walking distance to the Ohio River waterfront where you can enjoy a picnic and/or a breezy jog. You're only 10 minutes away from Historic Churchill Downs.

Getting Around:
Cabs and UBERs frequent the area and are readily available at your service. In addition, the city trolly and bus stops in front of the building. Free parking is available one block over (space is always available) and metered parking is available directly in front of the building (75 cents ph). Additionally, three parking garages and lots are also within the block for s low as $6 per day.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

I had an amazing stay again! I’ve been here before, once again great host, great stay, great area everything can be in walking distance! Close to the port and very close to all the festivals near the waterfront !no more than a 2 minute drive !

Chic Executive Loft

I had an amazing stay! This loft is in the most perfect location all the local restaurants are in walking distance and if it is a drive the best restaurants are no more than 5-6 minutes drive ! When I come back I will make sure to book this loft! Also the loft has a great view of the city!
