Property is nice but wasn't told tell I got there that they do a card hold of 50$ for every night you are there. This wouldn't have been a problem if I was noticed ahead of time. People should be made aware of this when booking so they can plan accordingly. I was there for 4 nights that's a 200$ hold on my card.

Good hotel stay

Overall a very good place to stay but does need some improvement. Building was clean with nice amenities and everyone was friendly. Beds were too firm to the point of interfering with sleep. Had an issue with spoiled milk in the breakfast area but the cartons were within date and unopened.

Everything seemed brand new(haven’t checked when they opened). Enjoyed the pool for our short stay. Breakfast was good and lots of space for dining. Like the ease of location off the Interstate. I travel extensively for work and have never had such a mess of an experience checking into a hotel and then dealing with the fallout from billing issues. While the room was clean and comfortable, my experience with the front desk and the management left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't stay here again for any reason.
