We had a great time! The house was in great shape! Very clean and had everything we needed! It was in a great location. A little drive to the distilleries but very do able.

House was very clean and in a good neighborhood. The stay lacked many things to be comfortable for a vacation rental/home away from home. Soap in downstairs bathroom was like water, we had to buy hand soap for this room. All fry pans were scratched, dish drain was rusted (alot), only 3 pods of coffee (1 snickers flavored and 2 were vanilla iced coffee), Missing baggies and saran wrap, no special tv channels (Netflix 17mo equates to only .57c per day!). For the amount of money charged for this house there was nothing special provided. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at an Evolve location and were very disappointed.

Overall very nice

Thus property was in a great location and neighborhood. Only downside was the trash can outside was overflowing and no room for our trash. I did tell the property manager but nothing was done about it. There was a big storm which blew the overflow trash allOver and we have to pick it up a couple of times. Other than that it was great!

Great place to get together and enjoy the sites of Louisville.

Clean, up to date, well stocked with the basics. Enough seating to allow a small group to comfortably interact, decent kitchen able to cook almost anything. All appliances in great working order. We arrived, had dinner, then went to bed. The next day we visited a local distillery and enjoyed a meal in Louisville. Went back to the Vrbo and watched some TV and left the next day.
