Our 'Three-Bedroom Luxury Penthouse' is located in the Luxury Tower at Hotel Palmas De Cortez. Our Penthouse is perfect for larger families or couples traveling together. Hotel Palmas De Cortez is in the heart of Los Barriles, just one hour north of the Los Cabos airport.

First bedroom is a Master Suite with master bath including double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and shower.
The first bedroom comes with a king size bed, Flat screen TV, dresser, vanity and closet.
The second and third bedroom come with two queen size beds, flat screen TV dresser, vanity, closet.
The spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining room are perfect for family gatherings and entertaining.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Not Worth the Price

This was priced and advertised as a deluxe penthouse suite, it was a penthouse suite. There was nothing deluxe about it. Our first night there the people below us had a domestic dispute to the point where the police arrived to get things sorted out. When I inquired with the front desk in the morning, no one knew anything about it. I asked them who do I call if this happens again, and they didn’t know. Typical lack of communication regarding details. This property and unit could be nice, there just isn’t any attention to detail.
