Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
I could not reach the host and had to have VBRO try and after days they reached the host. This is a Penthouse but it’s dirty……Stains on everything. The furniture needs to be thrown in the trash or really cleaned as it’s terrible. We love Palmas Cortez but would never recommend this unit to anyone

Not Worth the Price

This was priced and advertised as a deluxe penthouse suite, it was a penthouse suite. There was nothing deluxe about it. Our first night there the people below us had a domestic dispute to the point where the police arrived to get things sorted out. When I inquired with the front desk in the morning, no one knew anything about it. I asked them who do I call if this happens again, and they didn’t know. Typical lack of communication regarding details. This property and unit could be nice, there just isn’t any attention to detail.
