Excellent Property, Great Location

My wife and I loved it for the 4 nights we were there.We booked to have a central location between Pomona, Long Beach, Venice and Tarzana. It worked out perfectly. Easy access to groceries and restaurants.Comfy king sized bed and pillows, and we are picky.Excellent AC. XLarge "mini fridge" that is elevated so you don't have to crouch down.Nice shaded patio to escape the heat. Parking! That was another reason we chose this place.Juan was nice to chat with as well.My wife and I are very comfortable together, so the open bathroom wasn't a big issue. You can slide the curtain closed and pretend it was a separate room.If we ever needed to be in the area I would hope to find this place again.

A perfect 4 day stay in Alhambra. From the initial communication with Juan to checking out the whole stay was a delight. Everything you could need for a short retreat - the garden/small outside space was great. Everything was spotless and clean - felt home from home. thank you and if you have a hire car a perfect base to explore all LA has to offer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Always love my stay here!

I have stayed in both small studios at this location and all of my stays here have been clean, quiet, easy, and always goes off without a hitch! The host is extremely helpful and kind. I appreciate the quiet, safe location - it is easy to get to Downtown LA, Pasadena, and Burbank. I also appreciate while the it is a studio, they provide all of the amenities you would need for your stay and always is very cleanly. I would highly recommend This for your next stay near LA!

Perfect SoCal Base

This listing was exactly as described with no nasty hidden surprises. Juan's commuication has been excellent which really reassured my confidence as a solo traveller new to the area. Self-check in details were passed the day before arrival whichallowed me to comfortably see myself into the property despite my late areival time. Juan met with me a few days later in passing, he was kind and welcoming and gave some great advice on how to maximise my stay. The easy parking and accessible location was ideal for using a hire car to get around the city. There was also a few amenities provided to help self-cater as well as being close to a large variety of shops and eateries. Whether a couple or solo traveller like me, this is a perfect base for your LA/SoCal trip.
