New Private house near studios

Newly built guest house with patio doors to a tiny thin patio in North Hollywood (Valley Glen). This house is completely separate from the main house with own private entrance (on a different street) and keyless entry. King bed, Large walk-in shower, wifi, and large TV (42 in). 15/20 minute walk or 4 minute drive to restaurants & shops. 15 mins drive to universal studios, studio city & hollywood. We have a very strict non smoking and no pet policy. We thank you for respecting this.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a desk, and a desk chair.
