Don't be fooled by the hotel's exterior; the room was very clean and spacious. The only problem was that I needed to check out at 7:30 a.m., and there was no one at the front desk. Just a sign saying they'd be back at 8:30 a.m. This wasn't convenient because there was nowhere to leave the hotel key. The distance to the Santa Monica Pier was a 20-minute drive on a Sunday at 2:00 p.m.

Good, but infested with cockroaches

Room was nice, until we went into the kitchenette and there were cockroaches everywhere including the fridge and draws. The windows were frosted so couldn’t see outside, homeless were sleeping outside the hotel and the area was very sketchy. The reception people were very nice and room service was daily.

we stayed at this hotel for 1 week and it was honestly a great experience. the staff was nice and the rooms are so clean. the cleaners would always make sure everyday that we were stocked up with towels, toilet paper, soap etc. they would also make sure that our rooms were clean 24/7 which is a big help with 3 people in a hotel room! the parking is great and the hotel is very accessible to a lot of food and stores considering where it is located. would definitely recommend!
