The 200 sqt ground floor room with new hardwood floor is attached with new private bath and equipped with Smart TV and dedicated workspace with desk and chair. Self control temperature AC/heater and refrigerator in room. Shared living room, kitchen and washer + dryer. San Gabriel canyon behind for cycling, walking and running. Close to APU . Citrus College. Costco, Target shops, restaurants are close by .

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. You can park on the street. There is plenty of parking in front of our home and on the street. Guest will walk through the side private steel gate. Walk towards the front cherry wood door and you will see the touch key pad to self check in
During your stay
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
Other things to note
My boy Alex, my husband Sam , me and my lovely female bulldog Rainbow stay at the house. We are quite and friendly Rainbow is very friendly and she does not bark to the quests.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Things happen

Sadly, an unexpected situation with our stay occurred. The listing displayed, showed a delightful area for sleeping, eating and grassy yard for our pets that we received approvals for 1 service dog and 1 non service dog. The area was under construction, no place for dogs to roam and play. During a shower, i noticed water all over the floor & informed host. Shortly after bathroom use, the toilet began to leak which was very unsanitary. I informed host that we just couldn't complete the stay. She was kind and gracious and gave us a refund as much as she could. Things do happen,we understand, but felt the stay should not have been received knowing it was under construction.
