You can go shopping to the coolest and trendiest shops now in town such as Dover Street Market, Warby Parker, Poketo, Hennessey + Ingalls...all walking distance, or grab a coffee at the Cafe' Gratitude, Groundwork Coffee, Blacktop Coffee or Blue Bottle Coffee. This is not an investment property nor a hotel. It's my home.
If something needs to be repaired not for your negligence, I'll take care of it but there is no concierge kind of assistances or requests.
Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb my neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. I would appreciate it if you wash anything you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived.

No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events.
All the rules are left to the common and civil sense.

- please, since I have wood floor, take off your shoes if you have heels
