Great location in Downtown LA. Close enough to uber to the Convention or Crypto arena, but far enough away to enjoy the local spots in LA, like Uncle John's and the Last Bookstore. I enjoyed having everything we needed walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was roomy for 6 people and we enjoyed how peaceful it was in the building. Parking isn't guaranteed and you have to figure that out on your own, but we were able to find open spots the majority of the stay, and only had to pay for overnight parking twice. Parking attendants were great and we never worried about our rental there.I would stay here again for our next Downtown LA Adventure!
