Upon arrival through the gate, park your carriage in the garage, and proceed up the pre-Columbian inspired stair to the main entrance, arriving to relax at the infinity pool & spa, garden, and 270d views. The house opens to a loft style open plan where space flows from room to room from the entry and kitchen to the beamed living room featuring glorious sunsets over the mountains. This energy efficient house is outfitted with a large solar system and is networked with 200+ Mbps access. The house has a master suite with a large walk-in closet as well as media room, home office, Japanese zen tatami room, and two additional bedrooms. The landscape includes a xeriscape garden, a wood deck over the garage, and a pastoral forest to blaze hiking trails to escape the city.
