Take the secure elevator up to the 3rd floor, and enter the unit, where you'll find 2 bedrooms 2 baths, and a spacious loft that has a queen bed and a large desk workspace area. The place has large windows where you can enjoy the ocean sunshine and breeze from the patio. The living room is spacious with lots of seating and a 65 in TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and serving needs. And there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

We stayed for spring break in April 2026 and overall had a great experience.The layout is a big advantage because it is a true apartment. With two bedrooms plus a loft bed, it comfortably fits a larger group without feeling cramped, something that’s harder to find in this area. It was clean and well-maintained, and the walk to the beach is easy and convenient.Parking for one car is included! If you are looking at rentals in Venice Beach beware many don’t have parking included and can cost as much as 70 a day for a public lot! So, having a dedicated spot included is valuable and removes a lot of hassle if you’re bringing a car.Justin the host was responsive before and during the stay. One of the toilets had a float valve going bad and was running water. We let him know and he was appreciative and sent maintenance over immediately and took care of it. A few things to be aware of: if you have more than one vehicle you will have to find your own additional parking. Also, there is only one key for the private elevator, which means groups may need to coordinate a bit if people are coming and going separately.At the price point this place is great value given the bed count, location, space, and included parking. Overall, a 5-star stay and would book again.

A lot of fun! Beautiful place, nice amenities (parking and in-unit washer!), very responsive host. The area can be a little sketchy in the evening but it is very close to lots of restaurants and amazingly close to the beach!
