This home lives up to its Serenity Retreat title. It's beautifully decorated and comfortably accommodated six ladies for a friendsgiving trip. The backyard is a peaceful retreat perfect for catching up! We all agreed that this home was perfect...so much so that noone wanted to go anywhere! The host was responsive and accommodating.

From the tranquil back yard with an abundance of seating including a butterfly wall, to separate comfortable sitting areas as well as a grilling area any griller would love to use as well as the other amenities inside this spacious home that our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed!The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook and enjoy meals during your stay. Plenty of seating in the living room, dining room and even in sitting room adjacent to the dining room. The keyboard brought plenty of entertainment for our 2 grand children. All of the beds were comfy and bed rooms were all spacious and all had smart tv’s which was a win win in my book! This house and communication with Reggie are both total winners! We would totally stay here again, I highly recommend staying here when in the Hollywood area and is only about a 30 minute drive to Universal Studios! This house will be enjoyed by all!

Family of 8 visiting L.A. for a memorial service

The property is really lovely. It is a large and spacious house with a great kitchen, living area and 4 bedrooms. Also the back yard is nicely landscaped. The Master bedroom and bathroom are beautifully decorated and very large. The master bathroom has a jetted huge tub, so it is not an outside jetted hot tub as most people might assume from the description. My husband and I on the other hand elected to stay in the smallest bedroom. The bed itself is comfortable but the bed's metal legs would often cause some pain if a person passed them in a dark room. Overall though a very nicely appointed home with artwork and art objects all around, including great books!

Fabulous LA home

This is a beautiful property in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The house was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in and was very clean perfect for a family getaway. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for us

Our family of four adults stayed here for five nights over Christmas. It was the perfect place for exploring LA. Located in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood, the home is very spacious and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and quality linens. We had a great time making Christmas dinner together in the well-equipped kitchen. The back yard is lovely. Reggie promptly replied to our communications and was eager to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. His detailed manual with photos explaining the various house systems (thermostat, internet router, etc.) was very helpful and we especially appreciated its recommendations for nearby grocery stores and restaurants. We would be happy to stay here again.

Fantastic rental

We can't say enough positives about this place. Beautiful inside and out. Elegant furnishings, comfortable furniture and a lovely back yard. The pollinator garden brought butterflies and hummingbirds all day long. The house was perfect for our family vacation and we hope to return.

This house was in a great location for our stay in LA. It has a great floor plan and the backyard was awesome and relaxing. It was nice coming to a nice quiet residence after days of running!!! Host was very accessible and did a nice job outlining our "need to know" information!

Best VRBO ever

We've been doing VRBO for over a decade. This has been the most impressive experience ever. The place was classy, well appointed, clean, accurately described home. We spent an extended weekend with out of town relatives coming in for the graduation event. The fire pit and bbq were a hot. Everything was well done and all of us noticed.
