Rooms are very clean, easy to access, and the on-site restaurant is always affordable and top-notch. At night it can get a bit loud with street traffic as the courtyard tends to amplify sound. But the pool is clean and the people are extremely professional.

The room was fairly clean. Some of the lights didn't work, it takes a little while to get hot water but then there's plenty for us both to shower. Had some trouble with the TV remote but we did get it replaced. The staff is very nice, there's a coffee shop on site. It is Mexico and it was fine and we will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and the room comfortable and adequate. WiFi/Internet was very intermittent so not usable. Floors were a bit dirty and small rug would have helped…the problem is every time you get back into your bed you track in a bunch of dirt.

the room was clean and quiet, cable and air and wifi worked and all staff - especially Laura were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. one piece of advice though - once you step out of the comfort of your room , mosquitoes are in abundance - bring your mosquito repellent if you don't want to end up covered in mosquito bites ( as I am now ! ). great and economic place to stay !

Clean room with Netflix in English 😁. Staff is always friendly and it’s close to shopping and dental. Cafe/bar is good and very reasonable. Have stayed several times and will stay again. It’s not fancy but it’s a great value. Highly recommend

I was given a handicapped room my first few days probably because it was the only one available at that time. The room was not ready when I arrived so I chatted briefly with the courteous housekeepers. On the 2nd day, water began leaking from a light fixture in the closet area. I notified reception and they probably sent someone to check it out while I was away. However, it happened again the next day in the middle of the night. I didn't notify anybody anymore since it wasn't really affecting my stay. There was probably a pipe leaking from the upstairs unit. I have they were able to fix it after I left. I had to stay a few more days due a delayed dental treatment and was given a room in the main building. The thing I like most about the hotel was the food which was tasty and could be blended for dental patients. I've seen reviews from other customers about hard beds. I happen to prefer a very firm bed, so that worked out well for me.

We booked 2 rooms downstairs and mine 102 was good and my friends room 112 smells like sewer (even when we complain about it the receptionist came to the room and says she didn't smells anything. So it was a bit frustrating because we had to keep a towels on top of the shower drain to keeps the room smelling like a portable potty. I will not stay here again.

The people are what said this property apart. Is otherwise a good place to stay at a very good value. The people are friendly and polite and accommodating. The Wi-Fi is free but tends to be a bit hit and miss. I’m not sure if that’s from the property or because of it being in Mexico.
