this property was well setup and with great supplies. BYO linen was ok as the bed configs were well described. Bathrooms were really fresh and clean.

Great location, but had cleanliness issues
The property was dirty when we went there. We spent a couple of hours cleaning, so we could stay. There were unclean plates in the drawers, greasy drawers in the kitchen, stained benches / coffee table, hairs on surfaces/beds, fridge was greasy, bed tops were not apparently washed for a long time, etc. However, the property manager offered cleaning the next day, but we had already cleaned.
On the other hand, great location, quiet neighbourhood, only minutes walking distance to Lorne centre and the beach, fireplace was pretty relaxing, bathrooms were newly renovated, there were new appliances in the kitchen.
