Located few blocks from ocean, in 4-bedroom, 3 bath, large deck, screened in porch, is just a few blocks to PIER VILLAGE, shopping, the Train Station, Monmouth Medical, many restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, etc... Inside features open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, spacious rooms, large closets, Washer/Dryer on 2nd floor. Outside offer; large outdoor shower, large fenced-in yard, BBQ grill, fire pit, hammock, vegetable gardens and Koi Pond. Home comes equipped with wifi, cable and all utilities are included, beach passes, beach chairs towels, etc... Everything included. Also must be ok with a small dog.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a private yard, and an ironing board.
