Disliked: Cleanliness
2 concerns -mold on top of the windows and ceiling of windows, this has no ventilation so no where for moisture to go
Bed is not a standard king - if you need a king
Very bright at night light in front of bed can not be turned off
The unit is spotless so I wasn’t sure how to note the mold situation in cleanliness
Communicated all items to owner
Communication is super strong but they have only said they appreciated the feedback
We are very easy going, other clients would have been upset
I stayed in a lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the ground floor, and it was perfect! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was wonderful — just a 15-minute walk to Big Ben. The check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow, and communication was excellent. It was so simple to send a message and get a quick, helpful response every time. I really recommend this place for anyone visiting London!

The apartment was in the basement with fairly steep stairs and no lift. Lot of comfortable clean space to stretch out in. BUT as a light sleeper the noise was an issue, customer service didn't feel hospitable and policies are down right tourist unfriendly.
There was a lot of traffic and pedestrian noise from the street that was compounded by the lack of insulation and single pane glass.
The request for an early check in was robotically denied even though the room was ready. Never mind an early check in you will NOT be able to access the building with the code given to you until 3pm. They don't care if it is pouring rain as it was when we arrived at 2:50 PM, you can't access the building.
At night the the temperature dropped down to 40F but the radiators didn't come on. The reply to my whatapp message was generic link to a Nest thermostat which this apartment didn't have. A 2nd message result to instruction on adjusting the radiators which also didn't match the radiator we had.
The worse part was the interaction after water started pouring down from a smoke alarm in the kitchen. We where told they will not send anyone out after hours. CS asked us to use bath towels to dry the aera when we complained it was a slip hazard and promised fresh towels first thing the next morning. When no one came with towels the next day. None came and I ended up drying off with paper towels after showering because we need to catch a flight. The water could have been a bio harzard but ...
Great location and extremely clean.
Only negative comments I have is that this was in the basement which was a surprise to me and there was a unbelievably bright light outside the stairwell that made it look like daytime even at 3:00 am in the morning. My advice to owner is to put this on a motion sensor or timer.
As I said this was a very very nice little flat in London and was very very clean. Walking distance to many sights as well as Pimlico tube station and would recommend it to others.

Super noisy due to renovation in building starting at 6;30am- beware! Painters masking tape still in walls and the door sills are all chipped. Shower is tiny. There are mouse/ roach traps in the hallways so clearly there is an issue .
Beds are uncomfortable. Shower in the entry overflows and the door doesn’t stay closed. If you are tall then the shower in the master won’t fit you. The only redeeming thing is the location but the street is a cut through and has quite a bit of car noise.

Such a wonderful location, lovely apartment and a very quiet spot. Only thing I would say is carrying suitcases down those stairs to the apartment isn’t easy. And nothing of this is mentioned until after you book.

Enjoyable stay. Great base to stay with our adult daughter.
Spacious apartment and in close vicinity to restaurants, transport and tourist spots. Would stay here again.
The ground floor studio where we stayed was clean, modern and functional. Big windows letting in plenty of light, although frosted so you cant see out of them. My 2 asks would have been a clothes hanging rail and a coffee cafetiere!
Location was excellent, 5 minutes from Pimlico tube, and 15/20mins walk from St James Park. Very quiet area, and safe clean streets.
It was like having our own flat in the city. The weather was really hot in August and no air conditionning in the unit, furtunitaly for us we had a basement unit so it was cool!
Great experience overall!
Fantastic property. Super quiet. We had a very spacious 3 bed 3 bath apartment. The communication from Nestor was top notch. Highly recommend. Only minor issue was the amount to stairs to carry out luggage up and the lack of aircon, although standing fans were in every room and worked perfectly
Great apartment! It was very clean and tastefully decorated. I liked that there was plenty of space in the living room area. The location was good and the host was quick to respond to any questions.
The property was updated, sunny, bright and comfortable. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The area was quiet, clean and safe. We felt comfortable walking home at night after a long day of sightseeing. A grocery store was a short walk as well as a cafe/coffee shop. It was a nice place to stay for a family.
We rented the 3 bedroom apartment for our family of four (two teens). It was perfect that everyone had their own space and bathroom. The apartment is walkable to two different tube stations - St James Park and Pimlico - which makes it super easy to get around. There are two cute places to eat nearby (The Barley Mow and Regency Cafe). Also close to grocery and coffee shop. It was a nice quiet neighborhood to relax after busy day of sightseeing. Clean and updated apartment. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone as an option for London travel.

Good, not perfect, but what is?
The overall experience was good: they let us in early, the location is walking distance from a lot of sights and it is a safe neighborhood. It had everything we needed and was just enough space for a family of 4. The lofted space was great to not feel cramped and have some natural light. They provided a lot of usb charging ports which was also a nice perk.
The things that were mildly frustrating were things like the floor is extremely creaky and loud, the showers were small and on an angle (my husband is 6ft and had to duck) and there was a constant banging noise every few seconds for about three hours one night which we think was the downstairs unit running the washing machine. Also, it was swelteringly hot. We put the AC down but it didn’t do anything and we were sweating and uncomfortable every night…we visited in March so I can only imagine what a greenhouse it would be in the summer.

It was an absolutely amazing stay at the Regency for my wife, 5 year old daughter and me. Safe and cozy neighborhood close to the tube and convenient corner stores. The management was very responsive and helpful and happened to have someone there when we checked in that helped us with the bags and showed us around the flat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Brand new, refurbished and interior designed to a high standard.
Extremely well located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood - you can walk to the river Thames and see Big Ben in just a few minutes.
The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and had the wow factor of being a Mezzanine with an amazing 20ft high ceiling.
It has a smart TV and you can access Netflix, Prime etc.
Overall this is a great place to stay and I would be happy to recommend it
