Flat was clean enough, had a few bits and pieces of wear and tear to fitted wardrobes and kitchen - emailed pics to Agents and they acknowledged. Was a great location to get to Ovo Arena. Keys were easy to get - and the App to open communual door was brilluant. Kitchen looked well equipped (we mostly ate out).
