The room and its amenities are fantastic. Great overall. Laundry service was excellent. The bar service was first-rate. The restaurant offers excellent food and service, but I would appreciate the addition of some more standard breakfast options, if possible. The menu is just a bit too challenging

Very impressed with the property! Spacious room and super comfortable bed & pillows. Facilities kept very clean, tidy and smells great! Free breakfast was delicious. Coffee shop in the lobby. A perfect stay

The loft room had a lovely city view with a little table in the windowed alcove where we could sit with a drink watching the world go by. The bed was very comfortable and clean and the coffee in the room was v good too. Not the usual cheap stuff! The breakfast was lovely and very different as it’s served in the sushi restaurant next door (but joining the hotel. Check out time is a leisurely 12:00 which made our stay even more relaxing. Staff were all very friendly and helpful too.

Sounds harsh, however we really felt this is the place where hospitality goes to die. The hotel was nice, it was clean, the staff we interacted with were lovely, the location was great... however there was so much missing from the overall experience. No solutions to problems, no going above and beyond, only some of the staff was friendly and the entire lobby was filled with people on their laptops. Many with their feet on the couches. We've stayed in many hotels around Europe and would also classify this as a 3-star, not a 4-star. Which is absolutely fine, except that it's selling itself as something different. We asked to move rooms because the noise from nearby event spaces is a lot (bass that you can feel), so if you're there on the weekend and are noise sensitive, be aware. The upstairs rooftop patio we tried to go to twice... was closed. In August. Just head scratching. Overall, disappointed.
