The communication by the host was hopeless the only time they replied in a timely fashion is when they wanted money for parking permits as we could not park on the driveway of the property because there was a car covered up and parked in the drivewayWe informed them of a rough sleeper who appeared on the doorstep after our first night who urinated on the step received no response. Took almost until we were arriving to give us access code to get into property and wifi so had us scrambling to organise family arriving. The noise around the property was awful, car engines revving, people shouting, neighbours kids could be heard screaming from 6am as if they were in the same house!! The beds in every room bar one were so uncomfortable with the springs digging into everywhere! The noise of the water pipes and heating was horrendous. The kitchen/lounge area was a nice room and had some extras in the cupboards. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The bedrooms were ok but the upstairs ones were so hot and no matter what we did we could get the heating to go off. Overall it would be hard for us to recommend this property to anyone else, it needs a lot of upgrading, and you should be able to park on the driveway and not have to deal with rough sleepers urinating in the doorway and no communication is poor Also there were multiple wifi units all thrown in a basket which is not really ideal and whilst i was connected to it said suspicious activity on network which is not good!
