The worst experience ever

Website is not up to date, contacted the owner who confirmed that he did not own the apartment anymore and communicated months ago to Vrbo to remove it, customer support service process 100% inefficient with no responsibility to take action, Vrbo agent made a new reservation in a hotel one month later than the current reservation date, so the hotel did not have our reservation when we arrived,... etc. Stars: 0-
