Our stay at Kayana Beach Resort was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the reception team and management went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every single member of the front desk was extremely helpful, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile. They made the check-in and check-out process smooth and effortless, and were always ready to assist with anything we needed during our stay. A special mention must go to the chef and team at The Blues Restaurant. The food was consistently 10/10, delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary preferences, even preparing custom dishes to meet our specific needs. Their attention to detail and care truly made every meal a memorable experience. The spa at Kayana Beach Resort deserves high praise as well. It was one of the best spa experiences we’ve had, incredibly spacious, spotless, and serene. The massage therapists were well-trained and provided a deeply relaxing experience that left us feeling rejuvenated. I do consider the resort to be 4/5 for location as it lacks a private beach and it was shared with local people and fisherman. Overall, every member of staff, from management to housekeeping, restaurant to spa, made us feel like family. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return to Kayana Beach Resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kayana Beach and would love to return. We received excellent service from all staff throughout our stay, such as Gayatri and Defri in the restaurant, but so many others too. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and 5 stars. We will miss our breakfast here with the unforgettable view of the beautiful sea and beach.

An amazing stay, with beautiful grounds and staff. Such a warm and welcoming stay where the staff were so attentive to our needs and ensuring we had the best experience. Our villa was prestine, spacious and far exceeded our expectations. The onsite resturant served breakfast, lunch and dinner and the menu options were good and extensive with local and western options. The villas are located across the beachfront which makes for some spectacular views and the onsite spa had to be the best massage I had during my entire trip in Indonesia. It was incredible! Thank you for your hospitality, care and acoomodation! We would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful, serene resort. Loved staying here for my honeymoon. It was super relaxing and felt pretty private. Nice swimming pool and direct access to the beach. It was very calm and quiet which we wanted. It’s a bit far from tourist attractions and scenery but highly recommend for a relaxing stay with great staff and a great restaurant with decent prices.

We stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon and we’re blown away by the service. Every person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable. Access to a secluded beach made for guests allowed us to unwind. It was easy to book excursions to the Gili Islands and snorkeling. They were very accommodating with our room service requests.

Great for relaxing stay!

Wonderful Hotel with beautiful room / bungalow and own pool. Great breakfast and other food as well, and really friendly and genuine personnel. It’s a bit remote, but easy to order taxis to go to other areas with more restaurants for example. Close to Gili islands - short taxi ride + public or speed boat makes it convenient for day trips.

Idyllisch.

We hadden een villa met zwembad met uitzicht op het strand met palmbomen. De villa is voorzien van alle gemakken: ruim, mooi en verzorgingsproducten. Elke dag wordt je bed opgemaakt en het zwembad schoongemaakt. Het restaurant ligt op de heuvel, vanaf daar heb je een mooi uitzicht over de omgeving en je kan er heerlijk eten. Het personeel is attent en vriendelijk.

Dette hotellet overrasket meg positivt, det ser mye bedre ut enn på bildene. Vi bestilte 1 overnatting for å se opplevelsen, men endte med 3 netter der, men vi vil uten tvil komme tilbake hit igjen neste gang 🙌 Fantastisk kundeservice, trivelige og hyggelige mennesker, spesielt takk til Erwin i resepsjonen og Nora i restauranten som ytet fantastisk service og er alltid hjelpsomme. Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel, die Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber aber auch nicht dreckig. Gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich. Jedoch der Strand für das Hotel war sehr klein und am Strand sind überall Boote und einheimische. Das Meer war auch nicht so spektakulär und 5 mal pro Tag gesang von der Moschee (sehr laut)
