The residence is also popular for its views from the property into the valley and its quiet, sunny hillside location on the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and campfire area.

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. A smaller one story house Set back from the road - own road, parking lot and forest park Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 50 m). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
