Inside, the home is incredibly well set up for large groups. There was always something to do: the pool table and games kept everyone entertained, while the reading nook became a favorite quiet spot for the kids. The layout made it easy for everyone to gather together but still find their own space when needed.Evenings were the highlight of our stay. Relaxing in the hot tub after a full day exploring Hocking Hills was the perfect way to wind down. Mornings were just as special, with coffee overlooking the pond and fairways — truly serene. This home strikes the perfect balance between fun and relaxation. It’s ideal for families, friend groups, or anyone looking for a memorable getaway with space, amenities, and a beautiful natural setting. We’d absolutely choose Fairway to Heaven again.
This property is worn-down and needs maintenance. The “Golf Course”: This is not a golf course, simply four holes dug into a field of deep crabgrass with flags placed in them. The “golf holes” are on the side of a hill and three of the holes require a trek to get to and then players must climb a very steep incline to access them. Unless you are in great physical shape, they are virtually inaccessible. In the picture shown in their ad, the guys are on the top of that steep hill. There is a deep vale between the house and where they are.Cleanliness: There were cobwebs throughout the inside of the property, as well as dead ants, spiders, wasps, and bees. The bedrooms on the first floor had many live bugs and spiders.

Nice property but house could use work
The property was beautiful but the house itself could use some work. The bathrooms and kitchen are dated and were dirty and could use a really deep cleaning. The cabinets in both the bathrooms and kitchen had a lot of mouse droppings in them. We even found droppings in with the kitchen utensils, amongst the pots and pans, and on the countertops. Two spatulas we went to cook with had been chewed through by a mouse. The last morning we woke up and a mouse had actually eaten through our bag of bread on the counter and pooped all over the countertop. We did have an issue with a toilet which management took care of quickly but the mouse poop kind of killed it for us. For what we paid, we expected a much cleaner and more updated cabin.
