Log Cabin at Jordan Lake
Enjoy this beautiful, custom log cabin located right beside the Poe's Ridge Boat Ramp at Jordan Lake! Peaceful setting and only 30 minutes from Downtown Raleigh. Full of history and rich with character, this cabin was built in the 1750's and is believed to have belonged to a community in which one of Abraham Lincoln's family members resided. Since then, this cabin has been moved and meticulously cared for and brought back to life. Pet friendly!

Cabin was great in all aspects, clean, shops nearby with all I needed, especially the great live bait/convenient store. The host Anne was exceptional and always available to answer any questions I had. The only Con was the BBQ gas grill was out of propane.

We had a great time.
The only issue is that it needs a full size refrigerator. Mini refrigerator just isn’t enough. And needed more than 1towel ….other than that it was great!
