Pet-free mountain lodge with ski-in/out location in the area Höglandet!
Here you will find a sauna with relax area, pool table, indoor fireplace and a grand terrace with a gas driven BBQ grill with a view of Lofsjön. Five bedrooms with room for the whole company. Two full bathrooms with a total of 3 showers and 2 WC. Fully equipped kitchen with a bar seating area connected to the dining area and livingroom for shared moments. Perfect accommodation for large groups who want to enjoy the mountain life and a spectacular scenery.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee machine and a bar seating area with room for 4 people.

Living room: Open space area together with the kitchen and dining area, a large and spacious dining room table seating 10 people. Largs sofa group with TV and indoor fireplace surrounded by a panoramic view of Lofsjön and mountain peaks.

Bathroom 1: The first floor offers a large bathroom with a shower, WC, drying cabinet, washing machine and dryer.
Bathroom 2: On the bottom floor you'll find a spacious bathroom with WC, dual showers, sauna directly connected to the relax area offering a pool table, darts, a wine cooler and an outdoor patio. Spend the best times with your loved ones watching the Northern lights from the sauna, playing pool our when cooling down on the patio.

There are five bedrooms in the cabin.

First floor:
Bedroom 1 - bunk bed, 2x80 cm wide mattresses.
Bedroom 2 - bunk bed, 2x80 cm wide mattresses.

Bottom floor:
Bedroom 3 - double bed. 180 cm wide mattress.
Bedroom 4 - double bed. 180 cm wide mattress.

Upper floor:
Bedroom 5 - 6 singel beds, 80 cm wide mattresses.

Other: A spacious terrace on the first floor and grand patio ont he bottom floor with fantastic views over Lake Lofsjön and mountain peaks.

Remember, you are staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Treat the accommodation with respect. If problems arise, please contact customer service who will do their best to help you as soon as possible.

Smoking is not allowed in the cabin. Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning:
To give you the freedom to decide for yourself about your stay, cleaning is not included in the accommodation. Instead, we offer a clear checklist that you will receive before arrival for you to easily take care of the cleaning on your own, if you wish.

If you prefer not to have to worry about cleaning upon departure, it is possible to book a departure cleaning. You can do this easily via the booking form - the link is in your booking confirmation.
Departure cleaning cost is 1995SEK for Swedish citizens with the possibility to use tax deduction (RUT) and 2990SEK for no Swedish citizens that are not entitleled of tax deduction. For companys the cleaning price is 3990SEK.

After each stay, we carry out a cleaning check. If the cleaning does not meet basic standards, this is documented and an additional fee may apply.


Bed linens:
Bed linens are not included in the accommodation price, as we want to give you the opportunity to choose whether you want to bring your own or book extra.
If you want to add bed linens as an extra to your reservation, that is perfectly fine - in your booking confirmation you will find a link to the form for this. Bed linens are rented in sets per person and includes beddings, 1 big and 1 small towel. One linen set costs 225SEK
