This 3-bedroom apartment is modern, comfortable and well appointed. The apartment has about 65 m² Wohfläche in a beautiful thatched cottage. The apartment is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 people.

In a beautiful location in a thatched cottage in 17459 Loddin, Diplomatenweg 1, we offer a 3-room apartment for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is located in a beautiful new thatched multi-family house, which is embedded in a beautiful landscape and surrounded by other pretty thatched houses near the Achterwasser.  In this house we rent the apartments 2, 4, 9 and 12.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Fewo in wunderbar ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in der hellen Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt, sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen und hat eine schöne Aussicht. Wir wünschen der Vermieterin, dass sie nunmehr eine bessere Reinigungskraft findet...

Ruhig gelegen

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat einen grosszügigen Parkplatz. Der See ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Ostsee mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung hat leider ein paar defekte Gegenstände, die hoffentlich demnächst ersetzt werden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen und sehr ansprechend. Leider liess die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs, Bestecks, Gläser und insbesondere der Pfannen zu wünschen übrig. Alle Zimmerecken waren voller Spinnen- und Fliegen(resten). Beim Küchenabzug war das Licht defekt. Im Badezimmer war die Duschstange nicht richtig befestigt und fiel immer wieder ab. In einem Schlafzimmer fiel mitten in der Nacht der Innen-Rolladen herunter und liess sich nicht mehr montieren. Ebenso war das Fliegengitter in diesem Zimmer nicht dicht. Die Wohnung hat kein WLAN, was man evtl. auch noch anbieten könnte. Ebenfalls wäre Zugang zu einer Waschmaschine kein Luxus. Also alles Sachen die in dieser sonst sehr schönen Wohnung leicht zu ändern wären.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung mit 3 Personen bewohnt und es fehlte uns an nichts. Viel Platz für Garderobe, Schuhe und was man so unerbringen muss. Außerdem hatten wir das Glück, eine Wohnung mit 2 Terrassen zu bekommen, jeweils mit Tisch und Stühlen / Bänke bestückt, sogar ein Strandkorb war vorhanden. Innen gemütlich eingerichtet mit einer Wohnküche die ebenfalls alles beinhaltete was man zum Kochen braucht.
