The holiday home is located in a forest edge location with only a few minutes walk to the beach. The holiday home has a large living room on the ground floor and plenty of space for a cozy get-together. From here you can also reach the large terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and (1.80 x 2.00 m) Scandinavian-style furniture, as well as the bathroom. Last renovation of the house took place in 2018. The bed linen is inclusive. Please bring your own towels.
Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. Sehr nettes kleines Haus. Die Bahnschienen waren wenig störend
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Treppe nach oben zum Bad und Schlafzimmer ist schon schwierig wenn mal Körperlich eingeschrenkt ist.

Sehr schönes Häuschen,liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert.Alles Vorhanden was man braucht.Durch den angrenzenden ,sehr schönen, Buchenwald zum spazierengehen oder Gassi Runde besten geeignet.
