Property needs some TLC

The property could be really nice, however it is a bit run down and doesn't look like it does on the website. The oven doesn't work and is so clean I don't think it ever has. The wifi says connected but we never got a sufficiently good signal to use it. The sewer system got blocked with waste backing up into the shower. To be fair, the owner responded to all our queries very promptly when something could be done about it, however to be really pleasant the property needs a bit of work done on it.

Reservamos el 7 de junio, le escribimos un correo ese día sin respuesta. Hasta la víspera, 17 de agosto, no ha contestado a los mensajes enviados, lo que nos generó dudas de si nos habían engañado
