This newly updated home is situated in the lovely, quiet town of Lo De Marcos in a small, unique gated community at the south end of the beach where it is the safest to play, swim and surf! You will experience all the town has to offer within walking distance but the beach is just steps out your front door! It offers a fully functional kitchen, pantry space with essential cooking needs as well as assorted spices, coffee maker and assortment of teas. A stylish living space with high ceilings, fans, fresh air and large windows and doors for exquisite views of the beach. There is a cove for expressing the artist within you with a limited supply of art supplies. Accommodates up to 6 including infants and children. Each bedroom has a tv, desk for workspace, closet and drawers for clothing; all the essentials for a comfortable stay. No smoking, vaping or drug use on premises and no pet policy. Manager on site. A lovely yard and garden area to enjoy as well as a covered palapa that is shared with the other homes located within Club Las Palmas. Come stay, unwind, create and explore the area. Wonderful local markets and cuisine, pickleball, hiking , horseback riding, surfing, fishing, boating, art classes, live music, and dancing, Yacoya is a free community center which offers a variety of free classes to enjoy such as yoga, language studies, excercise, and Bible studies along with other meetings and experiences to enrich your life all located within walking distance. There are bicycle, golf cart and car rentals available locally. Once you visit, you will fall for this quaint Pueblo just north of PV .
