It has two double rooms (one of 12.7 m2 and the other of 13.1 m2), one with a double bed of 160 cm (plus the possibility of another single bed or a crib that makes it triple) and another with two 90 cm single beds (plus the possibility of a third single bed that also converts it into triple). Besides the dining room it has a splendid convertible sofa in an extensive range of 140 cm in seconds. The apartment offers in addition to a large dining room of 19 m2, a large bathroom with bath of 4.6 m2, a fully equipped kitchen of 4.5 m2 and a terrace of 6 m2. The communal area has two swimming pools (adults and children), garden, showers, toilets and playground. The apartment has been equipped with all the comforts to make your stay perfect (air conditioning, own high-speed Wi-Fi, high-definition 39 '' TV, laptop connected to the TV via HDMI for a good view of contents in the network, DVD, manual coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge with freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, sandwitch, terrace furniture, ...) and has everything type of bedding (sheets, quilts, nordic, ...) so you can adapt to all tastes.
