This contemporary 350 meters villa is situated just 3 km from the sea and offers fantastic sea views from the open roof where you will find cozy places for having a drink or reading a book.

Great vacation

Clean, very nice housekeeper(Jordi), very luxurious house with amazing view, all the amenities needed were found, good AC, very comfortable beds, amazing swimming pool, extremely good view. House was very peaceful and in a good area A little far from lloret de mar but with a taxi for 10€ you can get there fast. Very very happy with this accommodation 9/10!

villa Roman de LLoret de mar (rés. HA-DSVS25)01-11/8/24

Très déçus par notre location. 5 adultes ont occupé la villa : 2 de 80 ans, 1 de 62 et 2 de 32 ans. A notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de clim. dans la maison, peu de vaisselle (4 assiettes pour 5, 1 casserole minuscule) Au rez-de-chaussée : toilettes communes inutilisables suite à dégât des eaux au 1er étage. Chambre: poignée de porte cassée et rideau de douche trop court de 20 à 25cm= provoque des inondations avec risque de chute. Le système de climatisation par le sol provoque de la condensation et la chambre est mouillée en permanence. Chambre qui aurait dû être occupée par une personne âgée pour éviter l'escalier. Au 1er étage : chambre de maître particulièrement chaude (thermostat bloqué à 28°). Après quelques jours la poignée s'est déboitée. Le jacuzzi dans la salle de bains est interdit à cause du dégât des eaux. Les parois coulissantes de la douche ne sont pas du tout hermétiques, ce qui occasionne l'inondation du sol avec risque de chute. Bonde de douche sale et lavabo bouché (évacuation de l'eau très difficile). L'absence de rampe dans l'escalier en pierre noire le rend très dangereux. Au bout de quelques jours, la personne chargée de la maison a bien voulu poser des bandes réfléchissantes sur le nez de chaque marche. Nous avons vécu dans le noir du rdc au 1er pour ne pas souffrir de la chaleur à l'étage. Nous sommes partis le 10 au lieu du 11 par dépit. Piscine en panne le 8. Je demande le remboursement de la moitié du prix du séjour (8326.40€) Photos disponibles

Déçu suite à un problème de climatisation en panne nous avions des climatiseurs manuels dans les chambres mais extrêmement bruyants. Donc obligé de les éteindre pour pouvoir dormir. Et étant obligé de faire des courants d'air, nous devions laisser les fenêtres ouvertes du coup, invasion de fourmis dans toutes la cuisine, dans la nourriture et même dans les placards.... Merci beaucoup à Jorge qui a été un interlocuteur très attentif.

Nice house in the mountains with a beautiful view

Me and my friends had a good stay in Lloret de Mar. The house is amazing and we had a lot of fun. The poolside is very nice and overall the house is also very nice. Unfortunately there weren’t enough glasses available, but besides that everything was okay. Also Jorge and his wife, who will meet you upon arrival, are really warm persons and were always available for help. Also sometimes the taxis are not available, so you have to walk upstairs/downstairs which is very tough. But that is a problem that has nothing to do with the house :)

Casa muy bonita, cómoda y con grandes vistas. Pasamos un muy buen fin de semana con amigos y jorge fue muy atento en todo momento. El único punto de mejora seria la limpieza.

La maison est parfaite

J'aurais volontiers attribué la note maximale à ce séjour à un détail près. La maison est exceptionnelle: immense, propre, bien aménagée, facile d'accès, agréable, lumineuse, bien équipée, moderne. Tout est parfait dans cette maison. L'emplacement est unique avec une vue panoramique sur la mer et LLoret depuis la terrasse du 1er étage. Le coucher de soleil est somptueux depuis cette terrasse qui mériterait un aménagement à mon avis afin de pouvoir profiter au maximum de la vue époustouflante: un petit salon d'extérieur avec table et fauteuil pour y prendre le petit déjeuner, l'apéritif ou le repas du soir avec en point de mire le coucher de soleil ! Dommage que cette merveilleuse "pièce" de la maison soit inexploitée car c'est vraiment la pépite de la propriété. Nous y avons passé de longs moments pour admirer la vue unique. Toutes les pièces sont très bien aménagées et équipées, cuisine, chambres, salles de bains. Tout est superbe et accueillant. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. Les meubles de jardins (bains de soleil, table et chaises, transats sont de très bonne qualité). Tout est parfait dans cette maison, son seul inconvénient majeur est l'environnement extérieur. Le quartier est très agréable mais le bruit permanent des chiens toute la journée et toute la nuit est vraiment très perturbant à la longue. La maison est entourée de propriétés dont les occupants laissent leurs chiens hurler jour et nuit, ce qui est vraiment très très pénible. Il est pratiquement impossible de passer une nuit complète de sommeil ! Seuls les chiens du voisin, le très sympathique et agréable gérant immobilier Mr Jorge sont correctement élevés et respectueux du silence que l'on peut attendre au moins la nuit. Nous hésiterons vraiment a revenir dans cette propriété pour un prochain séjour en raison de ces nuisances sonores, pourtant nous adorons les chiens puisque nous sommes venus avec les 2 nôtres, éduqués et qui ne hurlent pas en permanence.

Top vakantie in een top huis

Vanaf dag 1 was alles goed geregeld van het contact tot aan het huis. De locatie is prachtig met een heel mooi zwembad/huis. Binnen 10 minuten ben je midden in de stad. In het huis zijn overal wel lichte gebruikssporen zoals kapotte stoelen/rolluiken. De airco is in de slaapkamer beneden helaas niet optimaal maar voor de rest in het huis prima te doen. Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad en raden dit huis ook aan.

Einfach schönes Traumhaus mit wahnsinnig schönem Ausblick

Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Es gab kleinere Probleme die absolut zeitgleich gelöst wurden.dir Kommunikation war echt perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert und es ist ein schönes Haus mit vielen kleinen Überraschungen. Minimalistisch und stylisch eingerichtet. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!

sehr erholsame Ferien!

Das Objekt kann ich sehr empfehlen ... das Haus ist sehr schön, modern, geräumig (wie auf Fotos) und der Pool perfekt. Ideal für erholsame, ruhige Ferien. Wir wurden vor Ort (Hauswart) und per e-mail sehr gut betreut :-). Kleinigkeiten zur Wohnlichkeit könnten noch ergänzt werden. Dies ist nur als Empfehlung gedacht und nicht als Beschwerde :-) z.B. kleiner Tisch und Sitzgelegenheit auf Balkon und hinter Haus (in der Schattenseite), Sonnenstoren Front, etwas mehr Teller, Kasten für Kleider nicht in allen Zimmern vorhanden. ... aber wie gesagt, das sind NUR Empfehlungen ... wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien!
