Precious house with a private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 1 km from the beautiful Canyelles beach, 4 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava! This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 8 people distributed over 2 floors.
Outdoor area of 950 m2 with private pool (8 x 3.5m), spacious terraces and barbecue area where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun with mountain views. Garage for 3 cars.
Interior area of 170 m2 with living-dining room (TV, fireplace) with direct access to the terrace, open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, washing machine and freezer fridge), 3 double bedrooms (2 of 160x200cm + 1 of 140x200cm) and 1 room with 2 single beds (90x200cm), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.
Conditions for groups
- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.
