Charming Cabin w/ HOT TUB in the Heart of the TX Hill Country

Tucked among trees along a seasonal creek, Persimmon Tiny Home Retreat is the perfect getaway. It’s located less than 20 miles from both Inks Lake & Lake Buchanan and down the road from the Llano River. Nestled carefully in nature, this modern tiny house cabin lacks no comfort or convenience. It has one extremely comfortable queen bed and bathroom. Complete with a micro chef’s kitchen featuring contemporary appliances, top-notch furnishings and fine rustic-luxury finishes throughout, this 504 sq. ft. cabin offers a secluded one-of-a-kind experience.

The Indoor Space

The bathroom with a large modern shower. The kitchen features a cabin-sized fridge, freezer and custom fronts to blend in with the white oak doors and drawers, a Hampton Bay Toaster Oven and microwave and spectacular hand-made Butcher Block counters. The kitchen area features a modern 2-burner stove and range, with a Keurig Coffee Maker.

A cozy bedroom off the kitchen features a plush queen bed with a small hanging closet, 43” Smart TV, and mid-century dresser-drawer.

The kitchen opens up to an open living area with a commanding view Central Texas scenery. Large French-paned windows brings the outdoors in, flooding the tastefully designed rustic-luxury interior with warm natural light. The Living Area is complete with a large 55” Smart TV for streaming Netflix and variety of online platforms. The entire ¼-acre is equipped with high-speed internet access.

Just in between the Kitchen-/Living transition is a quaint, movable table-for-two and 2 sturdy barstools.

The Outdoor Space

Just outside the front door, you’ll find a comfy patio with chairs and side table for coffee time or any time.

A few short steps away, you’ll enjoy a smokeless stone fire pit, stocked with firewood. Additional 8-log firewood bundles can be purchased. Relax around the firepit or enjoy a game of cornhole or horseshoes.

The Llano River—just 2-minutes away by car or a short 5-min walk—is the perfect place to have some outdoor fun, fishing, kayaking or to just simply unwind.
Your Tiny Home Retreat offers 2 kayaks, rowing ores and life vests for just $55 per kayak.

Come visit Dottie and Dover, our Miniature American Standard Donkeys and our Dorper Lamb, Benjaman Mutton (AKA “Benji”)… they can’t wait to meet you! We stock their favorite treats (carrots and animal crackers) for our guests. Let us know ahead of time and we’ll provide the treats.

We are located 8 minutes from downtown Llano.

Early check-in & late check-out is available for an additional $35 each. This allows you to check-in or check-out at least two hours early (depending on availability) You can request once reservation is confirmed.

8-log firewood bundles can be purchased $22/each, and burn for approximately 3 hours if additional fire pit use is desired. You can request once reservation is confirmed.
You can also purchase firewood bundles at the local Lowe’s grocery in Llano.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

Our weekend getaway - we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and snacks. The home was cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the morning and we encountered a young fox in the evening. We had a small damper with rain and an unknown burn ban, so we will definitely need to return to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities! We were still able to grill and enjoy a day trip to Enchanted Rock and visited a few wineries on the way to Fredericksburg. The host was responsive and we will definitely return for another visit.

Cute little house out in the country. Exactly what we needed for a quick getaway and some R&R.Well equipped with everything u need, peaceful surroundings. Nice sitting outside and listening to the insects with some star gazing and a bottle of wine!Went down to the river for sunset and enjoyed a day in town.Will definitely recommend this little gem and come stay again.

Very peaceful

The tiny home was very clean and had everything one could need. It is located a short drive from town. Sat outside in the mornings to listen to the birds .. it was very peaceful and relaxing. The host was very repsonsive to questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Spectacular Stargazing

The space is absolutely precious! Even though it’s small it feels very spacious! The owners really thought of everything - they had all the amenities I needed for a few days. The outdoor area is so cozy and the firewood was already stacked for me in the fire pit which was great for me to get it started quickly, before it got cold! The property is well lit but not too bright. I chose this location for stargazing and it was perfect! It was nice to walk around the property a bit and see the deer running around as well as visiting the owner’s animals. I would highly recommend this property! Jennifer was extremely communicative and made the whole process so easy. I hope to be back again to see more stars!
