Dol Blodau, a single-storey holiday cabin consists of a open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Smart TV and dining seating for six people and a utility porch. The bedroom is a super-king-size which is a zip/link and can be set up as a twin on request, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub as well as off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You will find a shop in 1.9 miles and a pub in 2.0 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. For a great trip to the Welsh countryside, whisk yourself and your loved ones away to Dol Blodau. Note: The property is within a mile of both the Wye Valley Walk and the National Cycle Route.



The Neighborhood:

Situated on the meandering River Wye, Newbridge-on-Wye is a small and pretty village, just a short drive from lots of little villages and market towns, including the Victorian Spa town of Llandrindod Wells. The little rural community boasts a popular pub, village stores and butcher’s shop and is surrounded by the breathtaking Mid Wales countryside. Fabulous walking can be done in the Radnor Forest and just ten miles away are the fantastic Elan Valley reservoirs and impressive Victorian dams. Take a trip to Rhayader, a bustling Welsh market town with a selection of tea rooms, pubs, restaurants, amenities and unique little boutiques, including local antiques, as well as the added bonus of a leisure centre with a large swimming pool and a weekly livestock market. You can also visit Builth Wells, where the Spring Festival, Royal Welsh Agricultural Show and Winter Fair are all held annually.
