Located in the centre of Port de Llançà, 50 metres from the main beach and close to the shops, restaurants and leisure activities in the area. Spacious terrace of 50 m2 with views of the sea and port.
The apartment is all on one floor, with one small step at the entrance, and has direct access to a large terrace along the front and side. There is a bright open-plan lounge-dining room and kitchen with large French windows which lead to the outside terrace.
In the lounge-dining room there is a big sofa-bed, armchair, small tables, TV and dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances: fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee capsule machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and tableware.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, TV and door leading out to the terrace, and the other one with bunk beds (2 places). 1 full bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.
Outside there is a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture - table and 6 chairs, pallets with cushions, sunshade, 2 sun loungers and plastic chairs. Washing machine in a small utility room and magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding area.

Idéal pour 4 personnes, au coeur de la ville et facile d’accès. Logement propre dans l’ensemble attention quand même à la vaisselle. À refaire sans hésitation.

Grande terrasse Llançà
Belle vue sur le port et à 50 m de la plage, très grande terrasse heureusement car l'appartement et plus petit que sur les photos. Juste pour 6 personnes. Point négatif, la place pour se garer, nous avons dû décharger sur le trottoir de l'immeuble puis plusieurs passage d'ascenseur.. pas assez de place dans les armoires de cuisine pour nos courses. Pas assez de vaisselle pour remplir le lave vaisselle manque de verres de couverts surtout. Au bord de rue donc assez bruyant tard dans la nuit, bancs en face squattés par des jeunes. Hôtel en face bruyant parfois jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. De gros moutons sous le canapé s'échappaient dès qu'il y a des coups de vent par la baie vitrée. Nous l'avons rendu plus propre qu'à notre arrivée.Appartement pas spacieux contrairement aux photos . Étroite chambre pour bb une fois son lit déplié aucun passage dans la chambre et accès armoire impossible. Une place de parking est vraiment à prévoir car impossible de se garer proche de l'appart. Dormir dans le canapé un supplice très dur et mal de dos. Bref, des améliorations sont à apporter dommage pour le prix très excessif par rapport à la qualité du logement. Point positif les draps et les serviettes de toilettes ainsi qu'un kit gel douche et éponge produit vaisselle.
Nous avons découvert Llançà que nous avons aimé.
