Of the property, the staff and location. Would’ve like to have more information on parking situation. But calling them upon arrival, they were very prompt and guiding us in the right direction. The traffic around the property can be very busy and locating the parking precarious. The parking garage is a little tight, but all worked out in the end.

We were served by two rude staff. A bar staff told me that there was no service at the terrace because the bar wasn't open. But we could take our drinks up.While we were there a bar staff brought drinks up.When I complained she kept making excuses and arguing before she eventually apologised.I don't think she knew what she was apologising for.There is too much to put in about the reception member.

When you first walk in the hotel it is nothing grand but once we got up to our room it was wonderful. We had one of the few balcony rooms and had a great view of the castle. The room was very clean as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel is very walkable to both the Riverwalk area and train and bus stations. Overall very nice place to stay.

Excellent hotel with great location!

Great location close to all sights. Amazing balcony views of castle. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options - does get crowded though unless there early or late. Staff was exceptional with good recommendations for restaurants. Really liked the free drinks perk for not having your room made up each day.
