All staff were amazing, from initial check-in on Friday March 6th to the Kitchen (fantastic Scrambled Eggs) and I want to make particular mention to Tina from Reception who is an absolute superstar! Very positive experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and delightful. I'm a native English speaker (don't know any Slovenian) and the staff was able to help me coordinate airport transportation, etc. The hotel is very optimally located. A lot of the streets in Ljubljana are closed off to traffic (taxis, etc) and this hotel is very close to a drop off/pick up point. Additionally you are right in the old town, a few minutes walk away from the most central part.
