The bright and spacious 78sqm ski chalet apartment is fully equipped for an enjoyable holiday stay and boasts versatile accommodation to suit groups of up to 5.
A modern and inviting open plan living room offers the perfect place to relax and unwind, with a comfortable sitting area and all the mod cons conveniently to hand including a flat screen TV and under floor heating.
The fully-equipped kitchenette is perfect for preparing simple meals in and the large dining area is ideal for accommodating families and large groups. Guests can enjoy a morning coffee or evening aperitif on the sunny private balcony and are also within easy reach of the resort’s extensive range of bars and restaurants.
The chalet apartment’s accommodation is conveniently flexible, with 2 spacious bedrooms each furnished with twin single beds to provide the choice of joining them to form a double size bed as and when required. A single size sofa bed to the living area provides further accommodation for any additional guests.

Sehr schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage
Das Apartment befindet sich am Ortsrand von Livigno. Zu Fuß sind es 5-10 Minuten in die Fußgängerzone. Wir fanden das gut, weil in der Silvesterwoche doch sehr viel Trubel im Zentrum herrschte.Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, mit viel Stauraum und Einbauschränken. Lediglich in der Küche hätten wir uns mehr Ausstattung gewünscht ( große Kaffeebecher, mehr Gläser, einen Spüllappen…)
