As 4 seperate families staying together there was plenty of space for us all we had a couple of yrething problems but we sorted quickly table in kitchen very wonky realised feet were under it and then it waa fine altho not the best position for that particular table and chair set bed 3 tap is wrong way round cold is hot hot is cold also no heating in the top bedrooms again plumbing wrong way n was soon sorted was perfect for what we needed n had a lovely stay

Good location and a helpful and responsive host. Clean. Amenities are close at hand and views over park are pleasant. Off street parking a bonus.Property is a bit tired in places compared to the pictures posted. We were a party of 11 so served our purpose being in the one house.

Beautiful property in great location
Really enjoyed our stay at Leo’s during our recent trip to Liverpool. The house is well looked after and had everything we needed with a big kitchen and dining area, quality space, great garden and a big park across the road for outdoor space, and a games room downstairs which we used for the evening.
Local shops and other supermarkets nearby made everything very easy and Leo was very helpful and attentive so we were made to feel comfortable throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone planning to visit the city!
