What a great apartment, lovely staff at check in. Parking so easy on site. Thereā€™s a 24 hour shop right outside. Itā€™s a great location approximately 8 minutes walk to the cathedral. Itā€™s on a bus stop for open top bus. The kitchen had everything needed the beds very clean and comfortable, whole apartment very clean.

Comfortable city stay

I stayed here with a friend for a conference, overall it was a comfortable clean stay close to the centre of town, it took us 15 mins to walk to the M&S Arena and about 10 to get into the main shopping area. The check in was a bit restrictive, it was between 3pm and 5.30pm and they continually emailed me to ask me what time I was coming. The other frustration was the map pin, it was inaccurate so I couldn't easily find it.

Good but check availability

I went with a disabled young gentleman we stopped over for one night. The accommodation and parking were excellent right in the middle of Liverpool the apartment was clean but a little outdated. We asked for a first floor apartment but on arrival we were on the 5 floor which we managed but made it difficult for the young gentleman I was supporting over all communication a little poor. We will be going again but next time Iā€™ll double check availability before booking.

The property was nothing like the picture on the advert, the balcony door would not close propery or lock, the front door was also unlocked when we arrived, the hot water is far too hot and couldnt be turned down in the shower, it could easily scald someone, it was clean and well equipped though, and we enjoyed our stay

Staff were great and super helpful . Great location for walking to city centre and docks . We parked underneath and were charged 30 pound for 2 nights. We were also charged a 100 deposit . Very clean with everything you would need but bathrooms were a little bit tired and could do with a freshen up ( sealant and grout). Great place as a base for a city centre break

Good stay

Very good sized rooms, clean and great that there was a little of everything to get you started in the room Be good to understand when the pre deposit would be sent back to account as check out was 10am and still nothing returned. Other than that the stay was brilliant and if in Liverpool again. I would look at these apartments again

Extremely disappointed

I have booked hotel through Hotels for many years and this is the first time I have been totally let down! I booked a Penthouse 2 bed apartment and the room we were given was completely different to the photo displayed on your website. When I complained to Base Apartments Manager he told me the photo's on Hotels.com were incorrect and that room didn't exist! He said they only had 1 Penthouse apartment and it was what we had been allocated, it was completely different (and not in a good way), bedrooms on 1st floor and living area upstairs and a tiny balcony that you could only fit 2 chairs on, not the vast balcony shown on your website. The whole apartment was very basic, lack of furniture, decor and all very tied, we will not be using this property or Hotels.com again if this is the misrepresentation of rooms that we can expect. I look forward to your feedback as I would expect a full refund!
