Perfect for families with children, multi families or use as a couples get away. Close to community clubhouse with pool, clubhouse, 2 boat ramps, day slips, swimming area and a beach area. Use the clubhouse amenities or tie up to the boathouse on the property and take advantage of your own private sandy beach next to the dock perfect for hanging out. The dock is half covered and has a bluetooth stereo along with storage to keep your water accessories. Water depth is 4'-6'ft at dock. The dock is very accessible by walking down the gently sloped path or you can walk down the steps from the porch. Great level lawn to play or enjoy the evening by the fire-pit.
