Highlights also encompass an adjustable standing desk, fenced backyard, and patio. Designed for extended stays, our home ensures convenience and comfort.

Our two-story home offers a practical and comfortable setup for families or contractors. The upstairs includes a living area, kitchen, dining space, three bedrooms with queen beds, and 1.5 bathrooms.

Downstairs features a king bedroom, bathroom, a workstation with an adjustable standing desk, and a home movie theater. The property also boasts a fenced backyard and patio for outdoor relaxation. Designed for longer stays, it comes fully equipped with essentials like high-speed internet and a stocked kitchen, ensuring a convenient stay close to downtown Little Rock's attractions.

Our guests have the option to request early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. A fee of $35 will apply for each service. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take advantage of this option so we can make sure to accommodate your request.
