San Martino and Martinino are two private holiday rentals sharing a fenced pool and a wonderful view over wooded green hills. They are situated on the Tuscany-Umbria border, not far from Lake Trasimeno.

When renting the two houses together, the pool and the grounds are for private use. In total, 12 guests can be accommodated in 6 bedrooms sharing 4 bathrooms.

The holiday rentals have great views down the Niccone valley, at 3 km is Mercatale in Tuscany and Lisciano Niccone in Umbria. Cortona is a 30-minute drive, and Castel Rigone is 15 minutes driving.

The holiday rentals sleep 8 guests in San Martino and 4 guests in Martinino. San Martino has 3 double bedrooms and one single bedroom sharing three bathrooms. Martinino has two bedrooms sharing one bathroom, all on the ground floor.

The Umbria-Tuscany border holiday rentals are surrounded by a well-kept flat garden, a fenced pool, a nice barbecue area, and shady sitting areas. From everywhere you can enjoy the quietness, the clean air, and the beautiful views.

The fenced swimming pool is 13 by 6 meters and has Roman stairs on one end. It is 1.20 meters deep on one end and 1.40 meters on the other. The pool terrace has recliners and umbrellas.

Each house has its own entrance to the pool area. There are great views down the valley and there is sun all day. The pool is open from June to September.

The ping pong table and the bocce court are next to the Martinino house. The pizza oven is on the terrace of the San Martino house, and the washing machine is behind this house.

The owner's family lives in the village of Lisciano Niccone. They come by to water the plants and clean the pool.
