This hotel is incredibly clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The delicious breakfast is an added bonus and made for an easy morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Front desk person Philip was OUTSTANDING! He pointed us to a very close shop where we could get an inexpensive international SIM card AND helped us install it. He also walked me through how to save about half on our train tickets to Porto. So impressed with this young man I tipped him $20. He appeared very grateful.

Great hotel in an ideal location. Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice details. Buffet breakfast has a lot of great choices to start the day. Tea, coffee, cookies and freshly baked cakes in the lobby adds an extra touch to the overall nice experience. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone travelling to Lisbon.

Good choice for stay in Lisbon

Really good hotel in great location in Lisbon. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. The only downside was that the door to the bathroom in our room was made of glass which wasn’t ideal for staying with a friend!

Wonderful stay here. The location is perfect for exploring and being in the centre. It’s quiet and a smaller hotel, so it felt safe. The staff were polite and accommodating and were able to answer questions. Breakfast was a lovely surprise and was a great start to the day - granola, meats, cheese and breads with fresh juices. The room was perfect for us and the right size and very clean. We particularly liked the chocolates and personalised note left! :) We will definitely return if we’re in Lisbon and recommend to anyone visiting! Thank you. ☺️
