Since the beginning of my stay I have been calling the management team as well as the financial team to receive receipts for my stay and both entities have been very unhelpful and stopped responding to emails and answering the phone. This has been ongoing for my entire 23-day stay and still has not been resolved. When I arrived to the location, there were many windows left open so the villa had many mosquitos and bugs inside. When the cleaning company came I asked if they can close all windows before they leave and they did not, so more bugs entered. I have also called the management team to assist with the house not having hot water and they said they would send someone to take a look and no one showed up; I did not have hot water at the property for over a week. It wasn’t until one day I was leaving to go to work, and I found the owner of the house working on the yard in the property, unannounced visit, who ended up assisting me with the hot water issue. Overall very unprofessional staff.
