Main concern is the horrible smell from the bathroom, it is non sanitary. Also, uber cannot come to the property so you have to drag luggage across the old narrow cobble stone streets. The place is great but the owners are not in the property and all goes trough WhatsApp, they should come as smell the place.

The room is very nice and quiet. Located walking distance to everything. They provide adequate amenities and checin is very easy just make sure you checkin online and they provide you with a lock box and code with perfect directions. If i ever go back to Sintra i will stay there again.

We booked thinking that we were staying at the pictured property but found a completely different property upon arrival. There was disappointment when we learned that we didn’t have a personal kitchenette and a rather small and very awkward bathroom space. It was however clean and well decorated as well as ideally situated to the main part of the town.

Room was bright, clean and well put together, but property the lacked a common indoor area, so we were cooked up in our room as it was drizzling throughout our stay. Property is located in a historical zone with vehicle restrictions meant short walk up hill on partial dirt road dragging our luggage to unrestricted area. Check in was via WhatsApp instructions. Our Uber took us to the other location (operated under the same name). We called for assistance and the attendant Tania or Tina was rather condescending because we went to the wrong location, she however turned out to be quite helpful during our stay. All in all it was a good stay.

The location was great. A bit noisy at night time so bring your ear plugs. The internet did not work for us while we were there. The host was excellent and kept in touch for the duration of our stay, ensuring that we were comforted and that any issues could be directed to them

El apartamento es un espacio compartido. Tiene un baño muy pequeño para 6 personas. No conocíamos a las personas de las otras habitaciones. El espacio es ruidoso y solo se puede dormir después de que todos se hayan acostado.

Manque de support pour les vĂȘtements dans la chambre. Le manque de respect des autres collocataires est un peu embĂȘtant. Boa localização, mas precisa de algumas melhorias

Atendimento rĂĄpido. Como nĂŁo havia hĂłspedes antes, conseguiram adiantar o check-in. O hotel Ă© muito bem localizado. Quarto relativamente espaçoso com armĂĄrios e um aquecedor portĂĄtil no quarto. Cama confortĂĄvel, mas o lençol estava manchado. Ducha boa, mas o ralo demorava para escoar a ĂĄgua. O cheiro no corredor Ă© muito forte e dava enjoo (nĂŁo sei se Ă© produto de limpeza e poderiam trocar). Poderiam ter informado com antecedĂȘncia que haveria um valor extra de taxa turĂ­stica (nĂŁo estava embutida no valor do site).
