1. Die Wohnungsadresse war ungenau. Keine Hausnummer angegeben. Wie soll ich denn da die Wohnung vor Ort finden?
2. Nachdem ich dann meine Kontaktperson anrief um die Adresse zu erfragen und den Check-in zu besprechen, Kontaktperson anrief, um Adresse zu erfragen, erhielt ich die Antwort, dass keine entsprechende Buchung vorliegt! ????? Das Mißverständnis wurde dann nach ca. 30 Minuten beendet und der Check-in erfolgte.
So setzt man Urlauber völlig unnötig unter Stress.
