This is a very comfortable and modern apartment in the best location of central Lisbon. Very good location: 5 minutes by foot to Liberdade Avenue (Portuguese Avenue des Champs-Élysées) or to Eduardo VII Park (has the best viewpoint of Lisbon). About 500 meters to the metro station of Picoas. 12 minutes by Taxi to the airport, about 8 euros by uber. Close to all kinds of business, commercial, restaurants, supermakert. The house is new with an excellent location with 2 lifts!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
