Located in Algés, 15 minutes from the heart of Lisbon, this recently renovated apartment is ideally located with an idyllic view of the Tagus River, the bridge and the Christ in the background.

This unit includes a bedroom, a private bathroom, a living room and an open kitchen. This is the first floor of a luxury duplex, with a shared entrance. There are 2 other bedrooms on the upper floor that are rented separately.

You will enjoy plenty of light, and a fully equipped apartment (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, etc.) and high-quality free Wi-Fi. The first floor does not have a television but has a high-end audio system, a large collection of records and the possibility to connect your Apple computer or iPhone, and project movies on a giant 2x3m screen. A true cinematic experience.

The bedroom includes a desk. Bed linen and towels are provided. The whole apartment is tastefully decorated and offers a breathtaking view of the magnificent Tagus River.

Great place, security was worrying

There were so many SUPERB things about this rental. It breaks my heart, but there is one things that is of concern: Security.The rental is actually two units. Both are accessed by the same door. I was in the downstairs unit. As people renting the upstairs unit came and went, they would travel (just a few steps) through the 1-bedroom that I'd rented.This did worry me throughout my stay. The other renters could easily have taken things during my absence. It also mean that privacy was not a part of my time there. Others might enter into my rented space at any time - sleeping, changing, etc. I had a good amount of US currency there, but there was no safe & I could have lost a lot.Again, the stay there was SO AMAZING - the view, the vibe, the great owner! But the security & privacy are of concern.
